Cancel your subscription
Where did you subscribe?
Subscriptions started inside the app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can cancel them:
Open the button below (or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions)
Find Dokia PDF in the list
Tap Cancel Subscription
Not sure where you subscribed? If you paid on this website, use the Website tab. It takes about a minute.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew. You keep full access until the end of the current period, and a trial cancelled before it ends is never charged.
Open the billing portal below and enter the email you used at checkout
Open the login link sent to that email. It confirms the subscription is yours
Tap Cancel subscription
Secure portal by Stripe. It also shows your invoices and lets you update your card.
Please send us the following information and we will cancel the subscription and confirm by reply:
The email you used at checkout
The last 4 digits of the card used for payment (with Apple Pay: the card you picked in Wallet)
